I am a real familyperson. My family is more important than anything on this planet & I treasure every moment I have with them. Life goes by so quickly and it is so important to pause every now and then. Pause to appreciate your loved ones. Pause to capture your happy moments together and make them last forever on photo or video. That’s why I shoot family & couple sessions on locations where the couple loves to go or doing an activity they love to do. It makes the images or video spontaneous, authentic & real.
Humans are visual creatures and remember more details if we have images to help us. The little moments in life pass by so quickly. Someone’s anniversary, your engagement, your pregnancy or pregnancy announcement, giving birth, your baby’s first steps,..
all examples of beautiful moments screaming to be captured on photo or video!
That's also the reason that a mini album is included in every photosession, to experience the images even better!

Couple sessions
Capturing special moments just between the two of you. It is possible to book a photosession with wonderful pictures as a result, but also a videosession that
offers a video full of emotions to show to your family at home or on social media! Both options are captured at a beautiful location that has a meaning for you. We make our own little adventure,
have some fun and create spontaneous moments with little playful assignments that resemble how you are together. No awkward posing, but lots of movement & laughter. A few beers always does
the trick as well!
When you book a couplesession you receive an extensive guide with location tips, outfit tips and info about what to expect during a session so you have nothing to worry about.

Your wedding photos don't belong on a screen. They disappear in a folder on a hard drive and don't really come to live. A physical album makes the photos come alive and it's also a great conversation starter when you have company and the album is on the coffeetable. What is more fun than bringing up memories of your special day with loved ones?
Photo albums have a soul unlike photos on a screen. At familygatherings we often ask the question: "What would you save when the house burned down?" and the answer is without a doubt: “our photo albums". In an album, photos turn into memories. And what is more precious than that?
I cannot remember how many times already I have had resend wedding photos to a couple because their harddrive crashed or a USB-stick got lost. Do you think you would ever lose a big ass, beautiful book that you look in & show to people frequently? I don't think so!

Dias de los muertes in Belgium
Every year in October my creative juices start flowing and I simply have to do something to celebrate halloween in my own way. It can be by carving pumkins or experimenting with special effect make-up, but this year I got the extra time and oppertunity to create an amazing halloween themed photoseries!
